At 2tall, we understand that finding the perfect fit for tall men can be tricky, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the length and fit of your new wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are neatly folded to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
